Yes, when you sign up for the Unlimited Card you commit to a 12 month minimum membership if paying monthly (although current offer, for limited time only, is a 3 month minimum membership) and 12 months when payment is annual.
If you pay for your Unlimited membership monthly, your monthly payments will automatically continue after the first 12 months (or after the first 3 months if you have signed up whilst the minimum 3 month membership is available) and your membership will continue until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time after your minimum membership period 3 months by giving us notice of termination to the Unlimited Helpline by phone or in writing. - 3D performances - Unlimited members who hold a standard red Unlimited Card will need to pay the uplift for 3D performances. 3D uplifts are currently free for Unlimited members who have a black Premium Unlimited Card*.

If you pay for the Unlimited Card monthly your subscription and monthly payments will automatically continue after the first 12 months. If you pay for the Unlimited Card annually your Unlimited membership will not automatically renew and will come to an end after 12 months unless you request and pay for an extension. We will write to you before the end of your first 12 months of membership to ask whether you would like to renew and to let you know the applicable charges for the Unlimited membership. You have the choice of continuing your membership by paying for the full 12 months up front or moving to the monthly payment plan (direct debit). You will need to contact the Unlimited Helpline by telephone to renew your Unlimited membership as it is not possible to extend annual subscriptions or change payment plans via the Cineworld Website or Unlimited Tablets and receive the upgrade to (or retain) the black Premium Unlimited Card.
Any free months’ membership awarded during your first year through our Recommend a Friend offer will be credited to your account and apply from months 13 and onwards. You will still receive your upgrade to Premium Unlimited during these free months but if you pay annually you will need to contact the Unlimited Helpline to request your new black Premium Unlimited card.
Applying for Unlimited
Becoming a Cineworld Unlimited cardholder couldn’t be easier using our online application process. Here’s what you need to do:
Visit our Unlimited page at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/static/en/uk/unlimited and start by completing the following sections:
- Membership Type- confirm which type of Unlimited membership you wish to purchase (including your Unlimited Membership Group), how you would like to pay (annual payment of 12 months in advance or monthly direct debit) and whether you are buying for yourself or as a gift for someone else. You also need to upload a recent passport sized digital photo of yourself (or the Unlimited Member if you are buying as a gift) – why not take the perfect picture using your mobile phone!
- Contact Details – add your name, address, telephone numbers and email address. If you are buying the Unlimited Card as a gift, you will need to insert the member's details in this section (please make sure you have their permission (and if under 18, their parent/guardian’s permission) to share their details with us).
- Payment – enter your credit or debit card details to pay for either your first month (first 2 months if in ROI) or year in advance, depending on the payment plan you decide is best for you. If you opt for the monthly plan you will also need to add your bank details – required for the monthly direct debit that will be set up on your nominated bank account. If you have an Unlimited Gift Card or Unlimited e-gift voucher, or a Cineworld gift card or e-gift voucher you can use this towards the cost of your first year’s payment for the Unlimited Card. Simply enter the gift card or e-gift voucher code in the ‘Promotional Code’ box on the payment page.
- Confirmation – You will be shown a confirmation page summarising the details provided in your online application. Debit/credit/charge card payment confirmation will also be given. The page can be printed for your records.
- Confirmation email - The information displayed on the Confirmation Page will also be sent in a confirmation email to the email address you provide on the ‘Member Details’ page.
This confirmation page and email contain your temporary Unlimited card number and details of your Unlimited card membership. Please use it to gain admittance to Cineworld Cinemas whilst you await the arrival of your permanent card. Simply print the confirmation page or display it on your smart phone and present it at the box office with one other form of identification to start watching Unlimited cinema!
Customers of all ages are welcome to join our Unlimited Card scheme although if you are under 16 years old someone aged 16 years or over will need to sign up on your behalf and pay for your Unlimited Card. They will also need to confirm your parent or guardian agrees to Cineworld using your personal details to provide all of the fantastic Unlimited Card services to you (and provide alternative contact details if they would prefer us not to contact you directly).
Please note, a minimum age restriction applies to use of the Cineworld Websites and apps. If you are aged 15 years or younger you will not be able to use your Unlimited Card to book tickets online or manage your account online via My Cineworld yourself. Your Unlimited Card may be used to book tickets online through your parent or guardian’s My Cineworld account, by selecting the ‘Add a Friend’s Unlimited Card’ option and inserting your Unlimited Card number during the booking process.
Yes you can! Most Cineworld cinemas have a dedicated Unlimited sign-up area where customers can sign up for an Unlimited Card online using one of our Unlimited tablets. The process is very similar; you will need to complete the on-line application form in your chosen cinema, with the same opportunity to pay monthly or for a year in advance. Please ask a member of staff to point out if they have a sign up area in cinema or if you require any assistance.
West End Cineworld Cinema is Leicester Square. You will need a West End Unlimited Card to access this cinema (but see current offer below). All other sites can be accessed with a regular non-West End Unlimited Card.
We are currently offering non-West End Unlimited cardholders the opportunity to see a film in our West End cinema by paying an uplift of just £2. Tickets are only available for purchase at the participating cinema on the day of the performance and are subject to availability. Unlimited Terms and Conditions (including the Terms of current Unlimited offers and discounts) apply.
- A recent passport size digital photo of yourself (or the lucky Unlimited Member if you are buying the Unlimited Card as a gift)
- The ability to make a payment by debit, credit or charge card, and
- Your bank details if you wish to go for the monthly plan which is paid for by direct debit.
If you selected the monthly plan option you will need to pay for the first month (or first two months in ROI) of your Unlimited subscription by debit, credit or charge card or Cineworld gift card/e-gift voucher. You will also need to supply your bank details to enable us to set up your monthly direct debit.
Your membership of the Unlimited Card scheme will commence immediately with your first payment by debit/credit/charge/gift card/e-gift voucher as this will be processed straight away. The second payment will be taken by direct debit one month (or two months if ROI) after you sign up and then continue on a monthly basis thereafter for as long as you remain an Unlimited member.
If you have selected the annual plan version you will need to pay for the year in advance using a debit, credit or charge card or Cineworld gift card/e-gift voucher or promotional code.
Simply visit our website at www.unlimitedcineworld.com, complete your application for an Unlimited Card and enter the voucher code on your Unlimited gift card or Unlimited e-gift voucher in the ‘Promo codes and Gift Cards’ box on the payment page. Please note that if you pay annually any extension to your Unlimited membership beyond the first or subsequent years will need to be paid for using a debit, credit or charge card as the Unlimited Helpline is currently unable to accept payment by gift card or e-gift voucher.
Yes, it is possible for someone else to pay for your Unlimited Card. If you are aged under 16 years old someone else who is aged 18 years or over will need to complete the application process and pay for your Unlimited membership on your behalf. There are two payment options, depending on whether you choose the monthly or year in advance option.
Annual membership (Year in advance): The person buying the Unlimited Card for you will need to indicate in the tick box on the first page that they are buying the Unlimited Card as a gift. The payer can enter their debit, credit or charge card details in the payment details section and pay the full amount for the 12 month membership.
Monthly plan: The person buying the Unlimited Card for you will need to indicate in the tick box on the first page that they are buying the Unlimited Card as a gift. They can then enter their debit, credit or charge card details on the Payment details page, and also enter their bank account details needed to set up the direct debit, which will start from the second month (or third month if in ROI) of your subscription. The payer will receive a separate email confirming their payment details, which will also summarise certain information about your Unlimited membership. They will also receive an email before the first direct debit is taken from their bank account, to let them know that the direct debit has been set up.
You will need to upload a photo of yourself as part of the application process. The photograph is a very important part of the application process – cinema staff need to be able to recognise that you are the Unlimited Card holder when they ask to see your card.
It is your responsibility to provide a photograph that is a good likeness of you. If cinema staff cannot recognise you from the photo on your Unlimited Card they will retain the card and you will need to contact the Unlimited Helpline to order and obtain a replacement (administration fee payable, currently £10/€16). You will not be able to use your Unlimited Card until a temporary Unlimited Card or your replacement card has been received.
Important things to consider when uploading your photograph:
- Photographs should be in colour
- Maximum file size of 3Mb with a sharp/in-focus image (min resolution 171 x 230 pixels)
- Photograph must be of the applicant only
- Size should be no smaller than 40 x 30mm
- Photograph must be portrait (tall) format
- Photograph must be taken with a light background in a well-lit area
- photos must be in saved in JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIF or GIF format"

Unlimited memberships can only be purchased on our website.
Unlimited Cards are normally posted to new members within 30 days’ of purchase and will be sent to the Unlimited member’s address provided during the application process. Until the Unlimited Card arrives members can use their Unlimited temporary pass included in their welcome email.
Yes you can! When you purchase an Unlimited Card we will send you a confirmation email with your temporary Unlimited Card attached as a PDF. You can start using the temporary Unlimited Card straight away in cinema and online as detailed below. As soon as you receive your Unlimited Card through the post please start using this instead of the temporary Unlimited Card.
Tickets in cinema: Each time you visit a Cineworld cinema just present your temporary Unlimited card at the box office together with one other form of identification (such as your driving licence or bank card) to obtain your tickets. You can either print out the temporary Unlimited Card or display the PDF on your smartphone.
Tickets online via My Cineworld*: To use your temporary Unlimited Card to book tickets online you will need to register for a My Cineworld account and input your Unlimited Card number. You can register at www.cineworld.com/mycineworld/login#register. Once you have done this you will be able to book up to five (5) tickets online via your My Cineworld account. Please note that you may only have one booking for a particular film at any one time and you must not book for two films which start within 90 minutes of each other, whether those tickets are booked in cinema or online.

Missed Payments & Cancellation
Within 15 days of purchase: You have a right to change your mind and cancel in the first 15 days of your Unlimited membership. However, any cancellation may be subject to charges for any films you have seen using your membership during this period. For more information, please see your confirmation of purchase email, clause 5 of the Unlimited Card Terms and Conditions or call the Unlimited Helpline on 0330 333 4444 (UK) or 0818 304 204 (ROI).
During your minimum contract period: You may only cancel your membership during your initial subscription period in limited circumstances for example if you are ill and unable to use the card or if we make a significant change to the Unlimited scheme or terms and conditions that has a detrimental effect on your membership.
After your minimum contract period: If you change your mind about your membership, you can cancel any time after your Initial Period by giving notice of termination to the Unlimited Helpline by phone or in writing by post or email (sent from the email address associated with your Unlimited membership).
If you pay by monthly direct debit, and we receive your notice:
After your first year of membership if you renew and pay for your membership up front on the annual payment plan, You may cancel the Unlimited Card on one month’s notice and Cineworld will refund the fees paid for any remaining full months after the termination date. To give notice of cancellation please contact the Unlimited Helpline by phone or in writing by email (sent from the address associated with your Unlimited subscription).

It’s easy to pay a missed monthly payment. Just click
or go to https://www.cineworld.com, click on the link to ‘Make a missed payment’, enter your Unlimited Card number and follow the instructions on screen. You will need a debit, credit or charge card to make the payment. Alternatively, call the Unlimited Helpline on 0330 333 4444 (UK) or 0818 304 204 (ROI) and make the payment over the phone using your debit, credit or charge card (please note an Unlimited Helpline administration fee is payable when settling missed payments by phone, currently £0.75 or €1).
Please make sure you settle a missed payment as soon as possible as your Unlimited Card will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. We will contact you to advise you of a missed payment, usually by email or SMS, and if payment is made within 28 days of request (and You haven’t missed another monthly payment) we will normally reactivate the Unlimited Card within one hour of payment.
If the missed payment remains unpaid for more than 28 days or you miss a second payment (and the first one still hasn’t been paid) we may terminate your Unlimited membership and your account may be passed to debt collection.
Unlimited Card Bookings
Yes, All you need to do is register for a My Cineworld account online at https://experience.cineworld.co.uk/login?register=true. Then enter your Unlimited Card number where indicated in the Unlimited section of your My Cineworld account to sync your Unlimited membership with your My Cineworld account. Just make your bookings online through your My Cineworld account – simple! Please ensure that you bring your Unlimited Card with you to the cinema as each Unlimited member for whom a ticket has been booked must present their Unlimited Card at the ticket check point. Any customer who is unable to produce a valid Unlimited Card may be refused admission.
Please note that not all ticket types may be booked online e.g. Unlimited members wishing to (i) take advantage of the offer to upgrades to Balcony Seating at The O2 (uplift payable) or (ii) watch a film at a cinema not included in their Unlimited Group (uplift payable), will not be able to advance book for these ticket types as they are only available from the participating cinemas on the day of the performance.
If you can’t make it to a screening you have booked, please make sure you cancel it in your My Cineworld account in the My Bookings section. A cancellation is available up to 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to the start of the booked performance and only for bookings made directly on the website through your My Cineworld account. Repeated failure to collect booked tickets may be treated as misuse of an Unlimited Card which could mean that you won’t be allowed to make online ticket bookings in the future.

No, you can only advance book online. However, tickets can be obtained in advance at the box office for Unlimited member preview screenings and discounted Event Cinema tickets e.g. Opera, Concerts, Live Sports etc.
You can watch a film in our Balcony seating areas at The O2. Simply get your ticket at the participating cinema on the day of the performance (tickets not available in advance/online), but get there early as they are subject to availability.

Currently unlimited cardholders can have up to three online bookings in advance and can only book for one showing of a particular film at a time.
How It Works:
- Using your My Cineworld account in the usual way, book tickets online using your Unlimited card. If you don’t have a My Cineworld account you can set one up athttps://www.cineworld.co.uk/static/en/uk/mycineworld/login#register and then add your Unlimited membership number in the Unlimited section of your account.
- Bookings for Event cinema, Unlimited screenings and obtaining tickets in-cinema don’t count towards your allocation. You can have as many of these as you like in addition to your allocation of 5 advanced bookings.
- If you can’t make it to a screening you have booked, please make sure you cancel it in your My Cineworld account in the My bookings section. A cancellation is available up to 120 minutes (2 hours) prior to the start of the booked performance and only for bookings made directly on the website through your My Cineworld account.
- You won’t be able to book in advance for 2 films starting within 90 minutes of each other.
- You can only book for 1 screening of a particular title at a time.
- You can only have 5 active advance bookings at a time*.

Yes, you can collect your tickets on the day of the performance, either from the automated ticket collection machines or from any till point within the cinema. Please note, you will need your booking reference or the debit, credit or charge card number used to make the booking. Also, all Unlimited Cards must be presented at the ticket check point. Any customer who is unable to produce a valid Unlimited Card may be refused admission.
Please note, you will not be able to cancel your advance booking once you have collected your tickets from the cinema.
Your tickets are only available for collection on the day of the performance.

Recommend a Friend
Recommend A Friend is a way for Unlimited members to recommend Unlimited to their friends and get rewarded for doing so.
For every friend that becomes an Unlimited member, you could gain an extra month free on your existing membership. Not only that, your friend has the benefit of receiving their 13th month free! The more friends you recommend and sign up for Unlimited, the more free months you'll receive. You can earn up to a maximum of 12 free months a year. Any Unlimited member can take part in the Recommend A Friend Offer if they have a valid email address registered with Cineworld (and their Unlimited card is valid with all subscription payments up to date). The email address is important as it enables us to administer the scheme and award you the benefits you've earned. You can check you have the correct email address registered with us by calling the Unlimited Helpline.
All you have to do is apply online for your unique code, send it on to your friends and ask them to apply for their own Unlimited membership using the code when prompted.
To obtain your code, first go to the Recommend a Friend page, enter your Unlimited membership number and your email address. We will then email you the code which you can pass on to your friends. Your friends will be prompted to enter your unique code when they sign up for their own Unlimited membership. The code used by your friends will tell us they are applying as a friend of yours. We will then be able to correctly assign your reward once they have become an Unlimited member, paid their subscription fees and been an active member with us for 90 days.
Your code may be used as many times as you like, although the number of free months you can earn from the code is limited to a maximum of 12 each year (even if the code has been used in connection with more than 12 successful recommendations during that period).
If you share your code with 12 friends and they join Unlimited you could earn a full year of free Unlimited cinema!
From time to time, we may send you posters or other mailings about Recommend a Friend which you may wish to use to recommend Unlimited to your friends.
It’s really quite simple. One successful recommendation will earn you one additional month’s worth of Unlimited membership. You can benefit from up to a maximum of 12 free months in a year.
A successful recommendation means the friend ("Friend") that you have recommended (a) is eligible to join the Unlimited Scheme in accordance with the Unlimited Card Terms and Conditions, (b) is subscribing to the Unlimited scheme for the first time, (c) successfully completes the online application process using the relevant Offer code, and (d) has successfully paid for and completed their first 90 days’ subscription.

If your friend signs up for Unlimited, inputs your unique code during the online application process and completes their first 12 months’ subscription, they will receive their 13th month of Unlimited membership free.
In addition to that, once they become an Unlimited member, your friend can make their own recommendations earning more months free for themselves and their friends!
You may share your Recommend A Friend code with as many friends, family members and colleagues as you like., although the number of free months you can earn from that code is limited to a maximum of 12 each year (even if the code has been used in connection with more than 12 successful recommendations during that period).
Monthly pay Premium Unlimited members – if you have been an Unlimited member for more than a year and you pay your subscription monthly, your free month will be credited to your account within 6 weeks of your friend paying for and completing their first 90 days’ membership. We’ll give you your free month by waiving your direct debit payment for the relevant month. It takes 10 days for us to apply the stop on your monthly Direct Debit, so you’ll either receive your freebie the month after it has been credited to your account or the month after that once the temporary payment stop has been applied. Normal payment will be resumed in the following month (unless you have qualified for more than one free month, in which case normal payment will be resumed after the relevant number of free months have been applied).
Monthly pay standard (red card) Unlimited members – if you are in your first 12 months of membership and you pay your subscription monthly your free month(s) will be applied at the end of your initial 12 month membership. We’ll usually give you your free month by waiving your direct debit payment for your 13th month. It takes 10 days for us to apply the stop on your monthly Direct Debit, so you’ll either receive your 13th month free or your 14th month free once the temporary payment stop has been applied. Normal payment will be resumed in the following month (unless you have qualified for more than one free month, in which case normal payment will be resumed after the relevant number of free months have been applied).
Please don’t cancel your direct debit as the relevant direct debit payment will automatically be waived. Cancelling your direct debit arrangement will result in the automatic de-activation of your Unlimited Card.
Annual pay Unlimited members – if you pay for your Unlimited membership annually in advance your free month(s) will be applied at the end of your 12 month subscription.
More than one free month earned – if you have qualified for more than one free month, each free month will be applied on the same basis as above and, where a number of successful recommendations have been processed at or around the same time, your free months will be applied to your account on consecutive months.
New members who joined Unlimited using a Recommend a Friend code - If you are the new member who signed up using your friend’s code, your additional free month will be assigned to month 13 of your membership and, if you pay for your subscription monthly, we will not take a Direct Debit payment on your usual date. Direct Debits will then resume as normal.

- If the email is recognised, you will be sent a link to reset your password.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for your password reset email. If this hasn't arrived after a few minutes, search for "tastecard" in your inbox.
- Once you can see the email, click the link and reset your password. Your password needs to include 8 characters, an uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number, and it can't be the same as an old password you have used on the tastecard app previously.

Each restaurant has its own rules to when and how to use your tastecard, so you will need to check their terms on the app before you visit. All visits require pre-booking as venues have to plan their service.
You can use your tastecard 7 days a week at participating restaurants. Each restaurant has its own page where you can see the offers they have available.

You can be both a My Cineworld member and an Unlimited Card holder. As an Unlimited Card holder, you’ll need a My Cineworld account to manage your account and make advance ticket bookings with your Unlimited Card online. My Cineworld Plus is a paid-for upgrade to the standard (free) My Cineworld account. The My Cineworld Plus upgrade lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase and during that time you’ll receive a 10% discount on the price of all cinema tickets which you book online through your My Cineworld account.
Please note: The My Cineworld Plus Discount does not apply to the price of 3D glasses, other fees related to online bookings such as booking and processing fees, SMS confirmation fees or any other items or services which may be purchased online via the Web Site.

You will be able to close your My Cineworld account and de-register at any time by contacting our customer service team at customer.servi[email protected] from the email address used for the account.
Once you have asked us to remove your account your My Cineworld account will be closed and you won’t be able to access your My Cineworld account, bookings history, wishlist or cancel or obtain refunds on cancelled tickets online anymore. Cineworld will retain your details on file but we will only use this information to process and answer any queries you raise with our customer services team in the future.
Unlimited members - Please note that closing your My Cineworld account does not mean that your Unlimited membership will terminate although you will not be able to use your Unlimited card to make online ticket bookings without a My Cineworld account.

We use the personal information you provide to us when registering for a My Cineworld account or an Unlimited Card subscription to provide you with the services you request from us including the online functions available within the My Cineworld account and apps, including facilitating your purchase of our products and services via your My Cineworld account and/or the apps. This personal information is also used to send you service and Unlimited freebies and membership messages and to identify you when you visit and interact with other areas of our Sites.
