Can I Change or Cancel my online booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 120 minutes (2 hours) before the performance provided you made your booking whilst logged in to your My Cineworld account. To cancel your booking simply login to your account, then select the ‘My bookings tab’ and select the ‘cancel booking’ option at the bottom of the page.
If you did not book through My Cineworld, to cancel your booking please call our Customer Services Team on 0333 003 3444 (until Friday October 9 when our call centres will temporarily close) who will also offer to refund an uncollected booking up to 2 hours before the performance start time.
It is not possible to amend a booking so if you want to make a change to your booking, just cancel the existing booking and make a new one.
