A hilarious, heart-warming comedy about a dad who just wants his family to get along for five days. Recently bereaved, long-suffering Walter (Danny Glover) has one festive wish. During his first Christmas without his late wife, he'd like his extended dysfunctional family to gather together under the same roof for just five days without killing one another. That's easier said than done given the catalogue of calamities that is about to unfold. Feuds, romances, kitchen disasters, decoration catastrophes and an unexpected irate visitor wielding a shotgun are just the start of it, as Walter's colourful brood threaten to implode before the big day. This fun-packed festive comedy from the producers of 'This Christmas' and 'Think Like a Man' boasts a fabulously talented ensemble cast. Amid all the laugh-out-loud high-jinks, there's also a heartfelt message about the importance of family. But not before the great Danny Glover utters his trademark 'Lethal Weapon' catchphrase: "I'm too old for this ****!"
