An ancient force terrorises a family in this spooky supernatural thriller from the producers of Insidious. While the Taylor family are on holiday in the spectacular Grand Canyon, young Michael (David Mazouz) learns of an ancient legend. The Native Americans who once lived here believed that the guardians of their spirit world resided in the rocks. One day, it was prophesied, they would return to our world. This proves all too horrifyingly real when Michael takes home a keepsake. His parents (Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell) and older sister Stephanie (Lucy Fry) soon notice disturbing changes in his behaviour. Before long, a sinister supernatural force is unleashed that preys upon the family's fears and vulnerabilities with horrific consequences. Greg McLean, writer/director of the cult classic Wolf Creek films, says he based this shocking tale of a family being torn apart from within on a true story that he heard first-hand.
