Romantic sparks fly among an A-list cast in Karan Johar's Hindi drama of friendship, heartbreak and love. Fiercely independent Alizeh (Anushka Sharma) is reeling from the collapse of a relationship. Straight-edged, preppy Ayan (Ranbir Kapoor) has no experience of heartbreak, but does nurture a desire to sing. When they meet in New York, the couple swiftly form a life-changing bond born of their mutual love of Bollywood. Karan Johar's colourful, vibrant romance is an exhilarating ride through the ups and downs of connecting with a soulmate. The film reunites Johar with his 'Bombay Velvet' co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. It's also his first time working with superstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has a key role. Watch out too for a cameo by the great Shah Rukh Khan. With music by Pritam and the drama unfolding in such scenic locations as London, Paris and Vienna, this is the perfect treat for Diwali. This film contains a sequence of flashing lights which might affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
