The relationship between a teenager and his pet robot goes haywire in the madcap trailer for animated comedy Ron's Gone Wrong.
In the words of the official synopsis: Ron’s Gone Wrong is the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally-connected device, which is supposed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions set against the backdrop of the social media age, launch them into an action-packed journey in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship.
The movie is the debut feature from Locksmith Animation and the trailer is set to the music of Liam Payne’s feel-good single 'Sunshine'. The all-star voice cast includes Jack Dylan Grazer (Shazam!), Zach Galifianakis (The LEGO Batman Movie), Ed Helms (Ted Lassoo) and Olivia Colman (The Favourite). Check out the trailer below.
