Pirates: read the Cineworld Unlimited screening responses

Reggie Yates' uproarious directorial debut Pirates resurrects the spectre of Y2K in all its nostalgic glory. The former Top of the Pops presenter brings us the funny and insightful story of three London lads on the search for the ultimate Millennium Eve party, right at the point that they're each poised to go their separate ways.

References to PlayStation, Snake and Tekken come thick and fast, as does the banging garage music soundtrack. The three main characters became friends by hosting a pirate radio station (hence the film's title), but getting hold of club tickets at this pivotal moment in human history is easier said than done.

In the lead roles, Elliot Edusah, Jordan Peters and Reda Elazouar share terrific chemistry, particularly during a gag that comes at the expense of a famous 1990s pop star. Pirates screened in advance for Cineworld Unlimited members earlier this week and here's what they thought.
