New Jurassic World: Dominion video explores the history between Owen and velociraptor Blue

Jurassic World: Dominion is set to deepen the alliance between two unlikely companions: Chris Pratt's heroic Owen and the semi-trained velociraptor Blue.

In the Jurassic Park series, the raptors instilled a genuine sense of face-munching menace. This changed somewhat in the first Jurassic World movie as animal trainer Owen developed an inter-species bond with his charge.

In the third and final Jurassic World blockbuster, roaring into Cineworld cinemas this summer, Blue and her new offspring are at the centre of a diabolical new conspiracy. Well, it wouldn't be a Jurassic movie otherwise, would it?

With all manner of dinos now on the loose in the USA, Owen must team up with old flame Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) and some old favourites to prevent a complete regression into prehistoric madness.

Said favourites are Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Ellie Satler (Laura Dern) and Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum). It's the first time that the original Jurassic Park trio has shared the screen together since Steven Spielberg's 1993 masterpiece kicked off the action-packed franchise.

Go behind the scenes of Owen and Blue's relationship in the following video, which should be more than enough to get you primed for another slice of Jurassic World mayhem.
