Gear up for more physics-defying action and platitudes about family – because Fast and Furious 9 is released in Cineworld on the 24th of June.

Vin Diesel returns as the burly Dominic Toretto who this time must confront his long-lost brother Jakob (John Cena). Fortunately, Dom has his old crew to rely on: Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), Mia (Jordana Brewster), Tej (Ludacris), Roman (Tyrese Gibson) and a returning Han (Sung Kang).

The latest episode of the Furious Saga is akin to a reunion tour with a whole host of familiar faces, including Ciper (Charlize Theron), Magdelena Shaw (Helen Mirren) and lots more. So, how will you experience Dom's latest plunge into hair-raising insanity? There are several Cineworld theatrical options from which to choose – scroll down to find out more.

1. IMAX

Don't miss a single moment of Dom's latest thrill-ride. Visual expanse and immersive sound go hand in hand during the IMAX experience. And don't forget that IMAX with Laser, complete with 4K laser projection and 12-channel surround sound, is available at Cineworld Leicester Square, Cineworld Sheffield and Cineworld York.

2. 4DX

Feel like you're part of the car chase. Exclusive to Cineworld in the UK and Ireland, 4DX uses stimulating effects (water, wind, scents and more), along with moving seats, to craft exciting coordination with the on-screen action.

3. Superscreen

Be engulfed by the insane stuntwork and the globe-trotting expanse of the latest instalment in the Fast Saga. Breathtaking multidimensional sound powered by epic Dolby Atmos speakers, plus state-of-the-art projection and larger-than-normal screens, will make you feel like you’re right there in the film.
