Disney-Pixar returns with another suitably magical conceit: a fantasy land in which elves, unicorns, fairies and the like are totally normal. Chris Pratt and Tom Holland voice the two elf brothers who embark on a quest to bring their late father back to life, so don't forget to pack some tissues.
Onward is released on the 6th of March.
A Quiet Place: Part II

The Disney live-action reboot trend goes full steam ahead with this glossy, mega-budget revision of their 1998 animated hit. Liu Yifei is the brave Mulan who vows to bring honour to her family, disguising herself as a warrior to help defeat a deadly enemy in mystical, ancient China.
Mulan is released on the 27th of March.
Daniel Craig signs off from Bond with the 25th movie in the long-running 007 franchise. Black Widow is released on the 1st of May.

Wonder Woman 1984 is released on the 5th of June.
Disney-Pixar's second movie of 2020 is a richly philosophical one in the manner of Inside Out. Jamie Foxx voices an aspiring jazz musician who dies and discovers the otherworldly realm where souls are elected to enter certain bodies.

Some 35 years after Tom Cruise first felt the need for speed, he's back in jet-fighting sequel Top Gun: Maverick. The titular character is back, older, wiser but no less cocky, as he's tasked with schooling a group of new cadets, including Whiplash's Miles Teller.
Top Gun: Maverick is released on the 17th of July.
Three years after his seminal World War II thriller Dunkirk, director Christopher Nolan returns with a highly mysterious story of espionage and time-travel. John David Washington leads an impressive cast that also includes Robert Pattinson, Kenneth Branagh and Michael Caine.

Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt pair up for this Disney adventure based on the theme park ride of the same name. They embark on a dangerous, action-packed quest to discover a magical tree, no doubt fashioning superb chemistry along the way.
Jungle Cruise is released on the 24th of July.
Bill and Ted Face the Music
Excellent! Slacker dweebs Bill and Ted (Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter) are back on our screens for the first time since 1991. Our loveably goofy duo have aged, but if you think they've gained any brain cells along the way, think again.
Bill and Ted Face the Music is released on the 21st of August.
