Staying alive is a deadly game in the latest Scream poster. The assembled cast, led by veterans Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, put on a brave face as the dreaded Ghostface killer goes on the rampage. And the filmmakers explicitly tease us by pointing out that the psycho is in plain sight. Check out the poster below.
