Your Name. How the story reveals hints & teases from the start & then the actual reveal of the twist was fantastic, made me want to write stories again #30DayFilmChallenge also Monsters University, in that you never give up what you believe in, even if it’s not what you expected. pic.twitter.com/krWKMESmrY

Silent Running (1972) definitely inspired me to care for nature. Set in the future, all plant life on Earth is extinct and the last remaining specimens are preserved in forest domes on spaceships. It’s a little clunky, but with a good heart and profound message. pic.twitter.com/InaDee0XYj

The first is Mr Holland's Opus with Richard Dreyfuss giving a fantastic performance in the title role showing how teaching can make a difference to the lives of his students. (Another film that I really like on this theme.. pic.twitter.com/UWZcOxGYzD
The Theory of Everything. What an inspiring man he was. pic.twitter.com/1ktbSY2SyX

I could say that for millions of us 80's kids The Karate Kid inspired us to work hard to overcome the odds....but ultimately at that age Karate was cool! pic.twitter.com/aBIWxdCyn8
