You may cancel the purchase of this Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher, Gift Box or e-Gift Box and claim a refund at any time up to 15 days from (and including) today. However, if the Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher or any of the Gift Box vouchers or e-Gift Box voucher codes have been used your refund will be reduced to reflect such usage.
Just send your unused Gift Card or Gift Box Vouchers by registered post to Cineworld Customer Services at Power Road Studios, Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5PY with your written request to cancel.
If you wish to cancel the purchase of your e-Gift Voucher or e-Gift Box, please either call Cineworld Customer Services on 0333 003 3444 or write to Cineworld Customer Services at [email protected] or at the above address stating the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN or e-Gift Box voucher codes and your request to cancel. Alternatively you may use Cineworld’s template cancellation form. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher, Gift Box or e-Gift Box to us.
