Quentin Tarantino's Oscar-winning crime-thriller masterpiece returns to the big screen for its 20th anniversary on 20 May 2014. Bickering hitmen Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson) are dispatched by fearsome mob boss Marsellus (Ving Rhames) to retrieve a mysterious briefcase. Having proved himself, Vincent is then instructed to "babysit" Marsellus's wife Mia (Uma Thurman) while he's away on business. Marsellus, meanwhile, has bribed boxer Butch (Bruce Willis) to throw a fight, but the ageing pugilist has other ideas. Quentin Tarantino's 1994 follow-up to his acclaimed debut 'Reservoir Dogs' is an ambitious, blackly comic crime thriller. Its component stories are ingeniously woven together and garnished with plenty of quotable dialogue and surprise plot twists. The superlative cast also includes Tim Roth, Harvey Keitel and Christopher Walken, who delivers a memorable monologue. 'Pulp Fiction' single-handedly revived John Travolta's career and won Tarantino the first of his two Best Screenplay Oscars.
