Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara star in this Tamil action-romance. Pandi has dreams of becoming a rowdy, but his Inspector mother wants him to become a policeman. Kadambari wants to avenge her dead mother and her missing father. Pandi's fascination of becoming a rowdy brings him closer to Kadambari. Their love gets entangled between life changing choices and red hot vengeance. In 2012, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan made his debut with hit romantic musical Podaa Podi. He's now back with this self-described 'urban' movie, which boasts two of Tamil cinema's biggest actors in the lead roles. Vijay Sethupathi made his film debut in 2010's Thenmerku Paruvakaatru and featuring opposite him is Nayantara who generated widespread acclaim with her portrayal of Sita in 2011's Sri Rama Rajyam. Providing the score is young, esteemed composer Anirudh Ravichander whose song 'Why This Kolaveri Di' for the Tamil movie 3 went viral and amassed more than 96 million views on YouTube.
