Dileep stars in Jeethu Joseph's Malayalam family comedy-drama charting 30 years in the life of a farmer. Josutty (Dileep) is a Kattapana farmer whose role model is his father (Harish Peradi). As the eldest son, with two sisters, he has plenty of responsibilities and many challenges to overcome. This romantic comedy-drama with wide audience appeal spans three eventful decades. Marimayaam star Rachana Narayanankutty is cast as Josutty's childhood sweetheart. Written by Rajesh Varma, Life of Josutty is versatile Jeethu Joseph's seventh film as director and his first Malayalam outing since Drishyam. He previously collaborated with prolific, hugely popular Malayalam star Dileep on the 2012 hit My Boss. Jeethu has revealed that this film is just as much fun but has more of a message. It also unfolds in two contrasting picturesque locations: Kattapana and New Zealand. Shreya Ghoshal's song Mele Mele is already making a big impression.
