The first poster has arrived for Wes Anderson's new movie The French Dispatch. And we're got a release date: 28th of August is when you can expect to see Anderson's new movie in Cineworld.
The suitably whimsical new artwork sketches out the star-studded ensemble, who are playing American journalists working in a fictional French town on the titular newspaper. Timothee Chalamet, Tilda Swinton, Frances McDormand, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe, Christoph Waltz and many more round out a typically stupendous cast of Anderson favourites and new recruits.
The French Dispatch comes hot on the heels of Anderson's Oscar-winning successes The Grand Budapest Hotel and Isle of Dogs. Both films nailed that sense of offbeat, quirky charm laced with poignant melancholy; fingers crossed we can expect the same from this.
