Your next Unlimited screening is rather a special one. We're thrilled to announce that Steven Spielberg's virtual reality adventure Ready Player One screens in advance in 3D on Monday 19th March, and tickets are now available to book.
The famed director of Jurassic Park and The Post makes his long-awaited return to popcorn territory with this adaptation of Ernest Cline's bestselling novel. X-Men: Apocalypse actor Tye Sheridan plays Wade Watts, a teenager set on discovering a fortune hidden within the OASIS, an extraordinary virtual world where the only limits are those of one's imagination. Check out the trailer.
Drenched in pop culture nostalgia (this is surely the only movie where you'll see the Iron Giant and Back to the Future's DeLorean sharing the screen), Spielberg's movie is poised to be a visually dazzling adventure. Simon Pegg, Ben Mendelsohn, Mark Rylance and Olivia Cooke round out the starry supporting cast. Add in the dimensions of 3D, and it'll be like stepping into the extraordinary world of the OASIS for real.
Ready Player One screens in advance on Monday 19th March at all Cineworld sites except for Bromley, Cheltenham Screening Rooms, Glasgow Science Centre and Leicester Square.
