Disney's sweet-natured Wreck-it Ralph was the perfect encapsulation of our affection for all things arcade game. The candy-coloured animated extravaganza launched us into the world of the titular Ralph (voiced by John C. Reilly), whose desire to be seen as more than a building-smashing bad guy resulted in him changing the fabric of his world forever.
Fast forward from 2013 to this year's sequel, Ralph Breaks the Internet. All is good in the land of Ralph and returning sidekick Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman). But the arrival of new-fangled wi-fi technology means they're soon hurtled beyond the confines of the game into the remarkable world of the internet.
Cue lots of smart jibes at the likes of eBay and targeted advertising, plus a hilarious closing gag that must be some kind of reference to Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. Check out the trailer below.
Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-it Ralph 2 hits us on 30th November.
