I, Tonya: book for your Unlimited screening this February

screen-poster

You're no doubt aware that Margot Robbie has just landed her first Oscar nomination for I, Tonya. The darkly comic drama explores the shocking real-life scandal that engulfed American figure skater Tonya Harding, and lucky Unlimited members get to watch the movie in advance this February.

Robbie plays the disgraced Harding as a damaged, compelling force of energy in this acclaimed biopic from director Craig Gillespie. It's the story of how Harding launched a shocking attack on rival skater Nancy Kerrigan with the help of her abusive ex-husband Jeff Gillooly (Sebastian Stan). Meanwhile, looming in the background is the presence of her monstrous mother LaVona Golden (scene-stealing fellow Oscar nominee Allison Janney). Check out the trailer.

I, Tonya screens in advance for Unlimited members on Tuesday 6th February at all Cineworld sites except for Bromley, Cheltenham Screening Rooms, Glasgow Science Centre and Leicester Square.
