Are you familiar with the myth of Mexican phantom 'the weeping woman'? You soon will be when horror movie The Curse of La Llorona creeps into Cineworld this May.
Aquaman's James Wan produces this latest instalment of the blockbusting Conjuring universe, which has already encompassed two Conjuring movies, two Annabelle films and The Nun.
The story this time takes us back to 1970s Los Angeles, introducing us to a mother (Green Book's Linda Cardellini) and her two children who are being persecuted by the titular malevolent spirit. It's the feature film debut of Michael Chaves, who has already been tasked with bringing The Conjuring 3 to screens in 2020, and is co-produced by Annabelle and IT screenwriter Gary Dauberman.
Go behind the scenes of Wan's latest spine-tingler in these three featurettes, and discover why the dreaded La Llorona is very real...
The movie goes on general release on 3rd May but if you're a Cineworld Unlimited member, book for the Unlimited screening of The Curse of La Llorona on 20th April.
