What's that coming over the hill? It's Vin Diesel in the muscliest of muscle cars in Fast & Furious 8, and we're thrilled to announce that booking is now open. Here's why you need to secure your tickets.
Be reunited with family!
Diesel returns alongside the likes of Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster for another mixture of bonhomie and bonnets. It's like a reunion – one in which you can partake on the biggest and noisiest screen possible. Would you want it any other way?
There's a twist!
Don't go thinking however that all is hunky dory between Diesel's character and his family. This new movie shakes up the formula by having Dom turn his back on his cohorts as he sides with Charlize Theron's ruthless baddie, Cipher. Why is that? We'll find out before long.
A new director is behind the wheel
Having helmed terrific N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton in 2015, F. Gary Gray is set to bring his familiarity with the streets to the eighth Fast & Furious movie. If anyone can inject a sense of gritty realism into the franchise, surely it's him.
The Stath is back
Need we say more? OK then: in his returning role as the previous film's baddie Owen Shaw, our Jason now teams up with Dwayne Johnson's beefy Hobbs to take Dom down. We think that's pretty much the definition of frenemies right there – after all they were throwing each other through windows in the seventh movie.
Car v submarine!
If you thought the series couldn't get more epically insane after the seventh movie's skydiving cars sequence, just check out the epic face-off in the new trailer. Yep, this isn't a series that's about to quietly into the night – but we wouldn't want it any other way.
