Dunkirk (2D & IMAX)

What's the story? Dunkirk opens as hundreds of thousands of British and Allied troops are surrounded by enemy forces. Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea they face an impossible situation as the enemy closes in.“Dunkirk” features a prestigious cast, including Tom Hardy (“The Revenant,” “Mad Max: Fury Road,” “Inception”), Mark Rylance (“Bridge of Spies,” “Wolf Hall”), Kenneth Branagh (“My Week with Marilyn,” “Hamlet,” “Henry V”) and Cillian Murphy (“Inception,” “The Dark Knight” Trilogy), as well as newcomer Fionn Whitehead. The ensemble cast also includes Aneurin Barnard, Harry Styles, James D’Arcy, Jack Lowden, Barry Keoghan and Tom Glynn-Carney.

What's the story? Produced by Judd Apatow (Bridesmaids, Knocked Up, Trainwreck), don't miss the hilarious romantic comedy film of the summer, THE BIG SICK starring Silicon Valley star Kumail Nanjiani. When Pakistan-born aspiring comedian Kumail (Nanjiani) connects with grad student Emily (Zoe Kazan) after one of his standup sets, what they thought would be just a one-night stand blossoms into the real thing. But this further complicates the life that is expected of Kumail by his traditional Muslim parents. Then Emily is beset with a mystery illness forcing Kumail to navigate the medical crisis with her parents, (Holly Hunter and Ray Romano) who he's never met, while dealing with the emotional tug-of-war between his family and his heart.

Andre Rieu's 2017 Maastricht Concert (Sunday 22nd July, 7pm)

What's the story? Known to millions as ‘The King of Waltz’, André Rieu is one of the world’s most popular music artists. His legendary annual Maastricht concert is the most eagerly anticipated cinema event of the year, last year setting new box office records in several countries. This presentation of André Rieu’s 2017 Maastricht Concert in Cinemas features host Charlotte Hawkins, who conducts an interview with André Rieu the moment he steps off stage, exclusively for cinema audiences. This year is a very special year because it is exactly 30 years ago that André Rieu started his Johann Strauss Orchestra in his home town of Maastricht. NT Live: Angels In America - Part 2, Perestroika (Thursday 27th July, 7pm)

What's the story? America in the mid-1980s. In the midst of the AIDS crisis and a conservative Reagan administration, New Yorkers grapple with life and death, love and sex, heaven and hell. Andrew Garfield (Silence, Hacksaw Ridge) plays Prior Walter along with a cast including Denise Gough (People, Places and Things), Nathan Lane (The Producers), James McArdle (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and Russell Tovey (The Pass). This new staging of Tony Kushner’s multi-award winning two-part play is directed by Olivier and Tony award winning director Marianne Elliott (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and War Horse).

What's the story? Munna is a small time con artist from Mumbai who is also a gifted dancer. Munna’s cons take him to Delhi where he meets Mahindar Fauji a ruthless Gangster with a strange desire to learn dance ! Munna and Mahindar story is linked with Dolly, a down on her luck club dancer with stars in her eyes and a mad passion for dance. Munna Michael is a story of these three protagonists who collide in their passion for Dance The film deals with themes like friendship, love, and betrayal against the glittering world of dance.
