You've heard of actors suffering for their art, and the central duo of new oceangoing drama Adrift certainly know what that feels like.

The new movie from Everest director Baltasar Kormakur, Adrift is inspired by the remarkable true story of sailors Tami Oldham and Richard Sharp, who were left stranded in the Pacific after a fierce hurricane damaged their vessel.

Stars Shailene Woodley (Divergent) and Sam Claflin (The Hunger Games) put a human face on this harrowing yet inspiring story of survival. We were delighted to catch up with them to discuss what it what was like filming on the sea in authentic conditions, and the impact of the storyline. Check out the interview below.
