How you can get involved with BBC Children in Need 2017

Cineworld are once again delighted to be supporting BBC Children in Need – here's your rundown of what to expect and how you can get involved.

The Polar Express screening

Get in the festive spirit with our special showing of Robert Zemeckis' heartwarming animated adventure starring Tom Hanks. This is for one weekend only, showing across all of our cinemas on the 9th and 10th December and all Cineworld proceeds for all of those screenings will go to Children In Need.


Pudsey Rocks concert

BBC Children in Need Rocks is a spectacular concert featuring favourite 80s bands such as; a-ha, Bananarama, Boy George, Erasure, Europe, Imagination Featuring Lee John, Jason Donovan, Katrina from Katrina & The Waves, as well as Louisa Johnson, Mica Paris, Nick Heyward, OMD and UB40 Featuring Ali, Astro and Mickey. Well-loved presenters Fearne Cotton and Sara Cox will act as hosts throughout the night with Roman Kemp reporting from behind-the-scenes.


Pudsey ears

Ahead of appeal day on Friday 17th November we're we're encouraging all you Cineworlders to get in the giving spirit by donning your own set of Pudsey ears! With just one day left until appeal day, there's no time like the present to get behind BBC Children In Need by wearing your very own Pudsey ears, available now at your local Cineworld! All proceeds will go to BBC Children In Need so you will help to support disadvantaged children across the country.

Say goodbye to your round pounds!

Still got some old pound coins rattling around in your wallet? Well BBC Children in Need is putting these coins to work to change the lives of many children and young people in the UK. We’ve joined the challenge to collect as many of these coins as possible, so to donate, simply bring your Round Pound Coins with you to your next cinema visit and drop them off in the BBC Children in Need collection box.

Top up the till

Don't forget you can round up your purchase to the nearest pound with the difference going to Children in Need!
