How to Deep Link to Film Pages for Cineworld Cinemas in the UK, Channel
Islands + Ireland



There is one partent directory to be used: 

http://www.cineworld.co.uk/syndication/


Updated versions of these files are available daily after midday.  By
Wednesday file will contain the most information as all cinemas should have
completed programming for films for Friday to Thursday (as well as any films
we are allowing more advanced bookings for).



cinemas.xml contains the cinema address

url or id links to the file listings.xml 

from cinemas.xml root + URL allows you to link straight to that cinema's page.

Please do not hardcode root as our Dublin cinema has a different root
(www.cineworld.ie)




listings.xml contains all film times that have been programmed by cinemas for
the future:

(edi is the edi film number)

There are three pages you can deep link to:

1) Cinema & all films page: film times for all films at a specific cinema for
the upcoming week

Use XML argument: cinema root + cinema url
e.g. http://www.cineworld.co.uk/cinemas/**

2) Cinema & film result page: film times for a specific cinema / film for the
upcoming week

Use XML argument: cinema root + listing > film url
e.g. http://www.cineworld.co.uk/cinemas/58?film=****

3) Booking page: booking page for specific date + time
Use XML argument: cinema root + listing > film > shows > show url e.g.
http://www.cineworld.co.uk/booking?performance=****
