Buying a Cineworld Gift Card
Take this card to any till point where it can be loaded with the required denomination or your own set value (depending on where the card is being purchased from).
Spending your Cineworld Gift Card
You can use this card as full or part payment of any goods at any of the 74 Cineworld Cinemas within the UK (not valid in Ireland). The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card.
Topping up your card
Gift cards differ from paper vouchers as you can top up the card for your own use or for passing on to your friends or family. Simply present this card at any till in a Cineworld Cinema to top up and pay in the normal way.
Balance Enquiry
The remaining card balance will be displayed on the receipts issued when you use the card to make a purchase or to top it up. It can also be checked instore at any till point, online at www.cineworld.co.uk/giftcard, or via 0871 200 2000 (only 10 pence per minute from a BT landline, mobile and other providers may vary)
Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
- This card has no value until activated.
- Please protect this card as it contains credit towards your visit to Cineworld. The balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost or stolen unless a proof of purchase receipt with the card number and amount activated is shown.
- Cineworld Cinemas Limited is not responsible for any unauthorised use of this card.
- The value on this card may be used to purchase items at the cinema box office or concessions stand, it does not give the bearer the right to any preferential treatment over other Cineworld customers.
- This card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This card is neither a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.
- All credits on the card must be used within 24 months of the date of purchase, any balance unused in a 24 month period will be cancelled.
- The minimum amount required to activate or top up this card is £5 and the maximum card limit is £200
