Bryan Cranston stars as an undercover agent in this heart-pounding true-life 'war on drugs' thriller. It's 1986, and US Special Customs Agent Robert Mazur (Bryan Cranston) has a brainwave. Rather than pursuing the mountains of cocaine being smuggled into the US, it makes more sense to follow the proceeds back to the druglords. So he goes undercover as a flamboyant, high-living money-laundering businessman named 'Bob Musella'. With rookie Kathy Ertz (Diane Kruger) posing as his fiancee, Mazur eventually succeeds in befriending Roberto Alcaino (Benjamin Bratt), trusted lieutenant of the kingpin behind the world's most notorious drugs cartel: Pablo Escobar. But this is a highly dangerous game. If they arouse the slightest suspicion or make one false move, it will mean instant death. 'Breaking Bad' star Bryan Cranston gives a commanding performance in this palm-moistening, thrill-packed drama that re-unites him with 'The Lincoln Lawyer' director Brad Furman. It's adapted from Robert Mazur's autobiography.
