A female investment banker negotiates a web of corruption in this gripping Wall Street thriller. Brash, bigshot investment banker Naomi Bishop (Anna Gunn) is overseeing the initial public offering of a new tech company that's expected to make a fortune. But there are plenty of obstacles to be overcome. She learns that the start-up may have security deficiencies. There are questions about the trustworthiness of her ambitious second-in-command, Erin (Sarah Megan Thomas). Her corrupt banker boyfriend Michael Connor (James Purefoy) is pumping her for insider information. And Naomi's old college friend Samantha (Alysia Reiner), who now works for the government, is pressuring her to help with a probe into fraud at her firm. Written, produced and directed by women, with its focus firmly on female characters, Meera Menon's smart thriller offers a fresh and invigorating perspective on the high-pressure financial world. It also boasts a powerhouse performance by 'Breaking Bad' star Anna Gunn.
