Nominated for nine Academy Awards - including Best Picture and Best Director - and breaking box office records at Cineworlds all over the UK, Avatar is now officially the biggest movie of all time!   In 1997 director James Cameron gave us Titanic - the biggest movie ever. Now, with the all-conquering Avatar, he's done it again! Amazingly, it's been 15 years since Cameron dreamt up the idea for Avatar. Back then, the special effects needed to bring his vision to the big screen didn't exist. Today they do! Set on the distant planet of Pandora, the film stars Sam Worthington as Jake Sully a disabled soldier whose consciousness is implanted into an Avatar - an artificial body which enables him to survive on the deadly planet. The avatar is made using the DNA of Pandora's inhabitants, the Na'vi. With hostilities escalating between the Na'vi and the human intruders, Jake meets a native female named Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) - and begins a journey towards his incredible destiny.

At night, the man dreams of his wife, who killed herself before the story begins; each morning, he coughs up blood as a mystery illness begins to take hold. As they continue on towards the warmer climes of the sea, the father must continue to protect his son against exposure, starvation - and groups of terrifying, murderous gangs - in the blind hope that they'll find a better life at the end of their journey.

A fox-tastic animated extravaganza from director Wes Anderson based on the children's classic by Roald Dahl.

Mr Fox (George Clooney) enjoys an idyllic home life with Mrs Fox (Meryl Streep), their son Ash (Jason Schwartzman) and visiting nephew Kristopherson (Eric Anderson). But after 12 years, this bucolic existence proves too much for Mr Fox's wild animal instincts. Soon he slips back into his old ways as a sneaky chicken thief, and in doing so endangers not only his beloved family, but the whole animal community. Trapped underground and with not enough food to go around, the animals band together to fight against the evil Farmers - Boggis (Brian Cox), Bunce (Hugo Guinness) and Bean (Michael Gambon) - who are determined to capture Mr Fox at any cost. Fantastic Mr. Fox is director Wes Anderson's first animated film, using classic techniques to retell this much-loved tale by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory author Roald Dahl.
