James Miller (William Shimell) is a middle-aged English academic writer visiting Tuscany to promote his book 'Certified Copy'. Enigmatic art gallery owner Elle (Juliette Binoche) attends and passes on her phone number, hoping he will call, which he does. They meet and spend the day together, discussing art, love and life. They find themselves in beautiful hill town of Lucignano, surrounded by glowing brides and where they themselves are mistaken for a long-married couple. On Elle's insistence, they keep up this pretence. The film questions the value of what is real and what is not, while keeping audiences guessing as to the history between James and Elle. Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami returns with this beautifully shot romantic drama. Well known as an operatic baritone, William Shimell delivers an assured performance opposite French star Juliette Binoche.

Up-and-coming executive Tim (Paul Rudd) is hoping for a big promotion, but first he has to pass a cruel and unusual test. Every month his boss (Bruce Greenwood) hosts a 'dinner for idiots', where he and his cronies each invite an unsuspecting patsy for the sole purpose of making fun of them. Horrified, Tim's fiancee Julie (Stephanie Szostak) convinces him to skip the dinner, but that's before Tim bumps into Barry (Steve Carell). A nerdish tax office worker who devotes his spare time to building elaborate dioramas featuring stuffed mice, Barry is the Holy Grail of idiots. Unable to resist, Tim invites Barry to the dinner, but things don't work out quite as planned. Likeable Barry turns out to be a walking disaster area, and his blundering good intentions soon send Tim's life into a frenzied downward spiral and a series of crazy comic misadventures.
