  1. Multifunctional Staff Members

    As a Multifunctional staff member, you will work both alone and together within a team to enhance the cinema experience of all Cineworld customers.

    The Multifunctional role is fast paced and challenging, providing occupants with the opportunity to obtain a range of skills and experience in an exciting and ever growing organisation.

    In contributing to the smooth running of the cinema, staff duties include but are not limited to; ticket sales, cleaning, liaising with customers, food and drink preparation for example popcorn, hotdogs, coffees, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages and providing support to supervisors and members of the management team as required.

  2. Supervisor

    As a Supervisor, you will work both alone and together within a team to enhance the cinema experience of all Cineworld Customers, while assisting the management team in ensuring the smooth running of the cinema.

    The Cineworld Supervisor role is fast paced, providing you with the opportunity to obtain a diverse range of skills and experience in an exciting and ever growing organisation.

    In addition to supervising and helping Multifunctional staff members complete their daily task such as food and drink preparation for example popcorn, hotdogs, coffees, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, other duties can include, but are not limited to; maintaining our high site standards, administration and cash management, addressing and resolving customer queries, liaising with customers and delivering an excellent service, and providing support and assistance to the management team as required.

  3. Operations Manager

    As an Operations Manager, you will form an integral part of the management team, supporting the General Manager in the profitable and effective operation of the cinema.

    This role is highly diverse, which provides the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in all aspects of cinema management. Focus areas will include Payroll, Human Resources, Retail, Finance, Health & Safety, Marketing and Film, in addition to the core responsibility of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed correctly and customers are provided with the highest standard of service.

    You will be involved in all aspects of cinema management therefore you will need to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; operational standards, staff management, stock management, maintaining standards and managing the overall strategy of the site.

  4. General Manager

    A General Manager at Cineworld Cinemas has vision, dedication and initiative. You will be results driven, passionate about both your customers and staff and have the ability to motivate your team in achieving success.

    This challenging yet rewarding role will effectively manage the cinema to meet business objectives. Working in a diverse and fast paced environment, you will provide effective ongoing leadership and management to your team ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; analysing business data to increase market share and profitability, budgetary management, overseeing operational standards, succession planning, setting goals for your teams in line with the operational strategy, enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness are achieved.
